I was hoping for a nice sunset over the canal in Baldwinsville, NY, however Mother Nature had other plans. She brought in a bank of clouds and only let the sun ever so slightly peek thru the clouds for a moment or two.
Welcome to my gallery!! I am an Upstate NY based photographer who tries to capture the essence of landscapes, nature, and cityscapes with an eye for detail. Specializing in the scenic beauty of the Adirondack Mountains, Thousand Islands, Finger Lakes of New York State as well as the Central New York area, where I am from! This is a beautiful image, Rod. I like the soft colors in the sky that are reflected in the water and the way that is framed by the darker trees. Beautiful composition and color!
