This is a cascading waterfalls within the Watkins Glen State Park in New York State. There was runoff coming in from a side stream where the two emptied into the basin together. Watkins Glen State Park is in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region in NY State, which is well known for beautiful lakes, waterfalls, gorges and wine.
