This is the Garrett Memorial Chapel which was built as a tribute to Paul Garrett's son who passed away from tuberculosis in the 1930's, according to Wikipedia. It is a wonderful little church/chapel that sits up on a wooded bluff overlooking Kueka Lake in the Fingerlakes Region of Upstate NY.
