This is the Historic Seneca Knitting Mill in Seneca Falls, NY in the Fingerlakes Region of NY State. The Mill operated up until 1999 and in its early years employed mostly men, but in its latter years it employed almost exclusively women. It is being restored to become the National Women's Hall of Fame. Seems only fitting that a factory that employed mostly women in its last years, located in the Seneca Falls, NY where the first National Women's Convention was held in 1848 specfically to discuss Women's Rights, according wikipeda.
